Our firm’s support of minority and women-owned businesses through vendor partnerships with our buildings is another way we ensure that the neighborhoods we invest in are strengthened through diversity.

ENVIRONMENTAL

The Teachers Village Newark project is sustainably designed, and received LEED Silver for Schools and LEED-Neighborhood Development certifications from the US Green Building Council.
