Of the 60 total units, 30% are affordable, while 70% are market rate, at rents affordable to teachers. Two-thirds of the affordable units are at 50% Area Median Income (AMI), including two units with a preference for veterans earning at or below 25% AMI. The other third of the affordable units are affordable at 100% AMI.

The HUB of Hartford Teachers Village is in a prime location nestled between Union Station and the XL Center, both just a few blocks away. Directly in front of the building is a new CTfastrak bus rapid transit stop utilized by multiple bus lines and just one block west is the Hartford Amtrack Station and Greyhound Bus terminal, giving residents easy access to travel around town or in the Northeast region. Amid attractive restaurants, in walking distance to major concerts and sporting events, and featuring 6,000 square feet of local retail space on the street level, Teachers Village is set to become the new destination in Hartford, where education meets lifestyle and entertainment.
Teachers Village Hartford features studios, one and two-bedroom apartments in a renovated commercial building situated next to multiple downtown transit connections.

Located at the bustling intersection of Asylum and High Street (370 Asylum) in the heart of downtown, Teachers Village Hartford represents the new standard for urban living, boasting luxury residences amid a community of educational, recreational and retail opportunities.
